During this 45 minute session, a pool of warm herbal oil held in dough dam gently rest on your heart chakra/the center of the chest as you relax in stillness. This Hridaya Basti treatment supports Heart Chakra healing, relieves stress, soothes anger, grief and sadness while increasing overall feelings of love.
