Hey my Love! I greet you in the spirit of love and light! I am so elated that you took the first step to the most important journey of your life! Let me be the first to honor, uplift and congratulate you on taking one of the hardest but yet most beautiful steps on your journey to wellness and wholeness.

 

I help to empower you with knowledge, tools and skills to help you heal mind, body, spirit and soul. I am not your typical doctor or therapist! I embody a very eclectic and holistic approach to therapy. I integrate "traditional" therapy modalities along with mindfulness, yoga and breathwork, Limpias, sound therapy, energy work, crystal therapy, rebirthing, along with heart talk therapy and other indigenous modalities to assist with your healing.  

 

I work with healing trauma, anxiety, relationship, sexuality and reproductive health concerns, spiritual/religious concerns. Individuals who tend to be attracted to me are those who may struggle with mother and father wounds, inauthenticity, trust, a lack of self-esteem and confidence, those who identify with "Imposter Syndrome,” those who identify as people-pleasers those who want to understand and embody their divine feminine energy and those who are looking for a more fulfilling relationship and/or sex life.

 

Additional areas of focus: sexuality, body issue, eating disorders, workplace trauma, grief, anxiety related life changes, finding life purpose, women related concerns.

Therapy can be a scary process but it doesn’t have to be especially when you have the safe space to be vulnerable and pack your -ish! And that’s exactly where I come in! We'll work together to help you manage your healing, getting to the space in life you so desire! Many of the people I have worked with have over the years experience profound levels of healing in short amounts of time! However, this experience of healing can only take place if you’re willing to spiral in deep to the root. Those who are more intentional about their healing work make the most progress in the least amount of time.
