Directions: Steep one to three teaspoons of herbs in 8 oz of hot water for seven to ten minutes. Sip tea one to two times daily for seven to fourteen days. Drink 15 minutes before meals or in the evening an hour after meals. Take at least a one week break before repeating a 14 day cleanse cycle.
